Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how VoiceBook AI (“we”, “us”), operated by Anastasia Lukach, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Service.
Information we collect
Account information — your name and email, provided when you sign in (including via Google or LinkedIn). Content you create — interview transcripts, uploaded or pasted text, generated drafts, and related material. Usage data — basic technical information needed to operate and secure the Service.
How we use it
We use your information to provide the Service — to generate and store your book drafts and social content, to personalise output to your voice, to support you, and to keep the Service secure. We do not sell your personal information.
AI processing
To generate content, your inputs are processed by third-party AI providers (large language model and transcription services) acting on our behalf. These providers process your content only to return results to you.
Service providers
We rely on trusted providers to run the Service, including Supabase (database and storage), Vercel (hosting), Paddle (payments and Merchant of Record), and AI model providers. Payment card details are handled by Paddle; we never see or store your full card information.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise them, contact us at the address below.
