These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of VoiceBook AI (the “Service”), operated by Anastasia Lukach (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

VoiceBook AI helps you turn your expertise, content, and voice interviews into a non-fiction book and related social content using AI. Output is generated automatically and is provided for you to review, edit, and publish at your discretion.

2. Payments and billing

Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. When you buy a plan or product, Paddle handles the transaction, receipt, and applicable taxes. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; one-time purchases are charged once.

3. Your content and ownership

You retain ownership of the material you provide (your interviews, writing, and uploads) and of the final manuscript you produce. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to operate the Service (for example, to generate drafts and improve your results). You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to produce unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. AI-generated output

AI output may contain errors and should be reviewed before publication. You are responsible for the accuracy, originality, and legality of any work you publish. We do not guarantee any particular commercial result.

6. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
