Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with VoiceBook AI. This policy explains when you can get a refund. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and refunds are issued through Paddle.

14-day refund

If you’re not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided you have not substantially used the product — for example, you have not generated a full book manuscript or exported a completed book. This applies to one-time purchases and to the first payment of a subscription.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current paid period. Renewal payments already taken are non-refundable except as required by law.

How to request a refund

Email support@voicebookai.io with the email address used for the purchase and your order reference. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Exceptions

Refunds may not be available where a book has been fully generated and exported, or where the request falls outside the 14-day window, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer law.
